The DMRC – Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre at Stanford Hall
This is where clinical rehabilitation is provided to include neurological care, occupational therapy and physical rehabilitation, using adapted gyms and a specialised Help for Heroes (H4H) commercial leisure centre complex. Our bespoke tiles that finish the hydro pool areas off, were produced using the traditional screen-printing method along with our digital laser cutting technology.
The first stage of the process was to colour match the Pantone references for the H4H brand. We then produced large format ceramic decals. The design was then created by laser cutting the printed colours into each shape, for every individual tile, to create the large image. Each tile is then individually hand decorated and labelled for installation purposes.
The results were exceptional and well received by the charity and the MOD.
