Established tile producer Shabbir Tiles and Ceramics Limited has appointed a new CEO to lead the company.
The well-established firm was listed on the Pakistan Stock Market way back in 1978. As the nation’s first private enterprise ceramic tile producer, Shabbir continues to be a leading manufacturer, producing a range of ceramic, vitrified and porcelain tiles under the brand name STILE. Alone among Pakistan’s tile brands, STILE has been certified by Italy’s Centro Ceramico for meeting stringent European Quality Standards.
CEO Syed Masood Abbas Jaffery proffered his resignation earlier this year, citing personal reasons. A new CEO, Syed Abu Fasal Rizvi, has now been appointed. Mr. Rizvi has over 25 years of experience in developing and implementing large-scale, green-field and brown-field projects, and has worked closely with private and public sector sponsors. He will take over officially on November 3, 2025.
Mr. Rizvi’s primary goal as CEO will be to ensure that the company’s brand continues to develop and thrive, as the worldwide demand for ceramic tiles continues to grow.
