Consultation process
Our bespoke service begins with initial contact and completion of a brief. Our clients supply us with a detailed description of their project and tile requirements. This includes key information regarding the scope of the project and whether the tiling will be located inside or outside. Additional details supplied include tile size and design inspiration.
After reviewing the brief, our dedicated team communicate closely with clients to ensure they have a full understanding of the projects aims and type of tiles desired. With an understanding of specific requirements, we can then advise on the best types of tiles to answer expectations.
We will advise on the best-suited tile base, format, glaze, and durability requirements. Our policy also advises that a sample tile is created for customers to inspect before production begins. However, if clients do not wish to buy a sample, we request written confirmation that sample purchase have been waived.
Custom tile printing process
Operating a complete custom tile service, after consultation we can create tiles that perfectly fit briefs in terms of budget, function and aesthetics. Our colour matched glaze service means we can exactly replicate selected Pantone or RAL colours or fashion tiles featuring company logos in brand colours.
Our expertise of digital tile manufacturing also means we can supply tiles that supply maximum durability and visual impact made from the ideal material for their location. For instance, tiles used in heavy traffic areas can withstand wear and tear, while exterior tiles are resistant to colour fading, excessive moisture and mould.
Utterly bespoke, our digital ceramic and porcelain tiles can feature any pattern or finish required to create the correct look and feel for any project. Tiles are available for walls, floors, facades, murals, signage and more.
We conduct a rigorous quality control process during manufacturing to meet industry standards. Orders are inspected after decal printing and again after cover coating. Custom projected are inspected after tiles are kiln-fired and before packing. By arrangement, clients can also inspect tiles production processes at our premises.
